RimJhim is a global sports-focused consultancy that is at the forefront of senior-level initiatives that support leadership from diverse communities in the UK. Working alongside our partners, we are offering 15 enthusiastic and motivated women a place on our 10-month programme. We’ve designed a scheme that will power up your leadership potential with help from a high-level mentor, targeted seminars, a range of professional training and access to insider knowledge on how to navigate the industry.
If you are senior in your field of work or feel that you have expertise to offer, we want to support you in gaining a position on a Sports Board. The scheme will offer unparalleled access to networks and experts in leadership who will help you find your leadership style and even help you to prepare your personal pitch.
The programme will start in June 2019 and will last until March 2020. It will run alongside your existing commitments and will be based on a personal development plan unique to you. There are no direct costs to you from RimJhim Consulting or our partners and the likely time commitment will be an average of one day per month.
